Art Workshops
Jane is an experienced art class facilitator, working both independently and for community arts organisations across the North of England.
Her teaching goals are:
- to introduce people to a broad range of art techniques and media (easily accessible at home for future art-making)
- improve practical skills and creative confidence
- encourage people to view art-making as a tool for nurturing personal wellbeing
- provide opportunities for connection to nature and companionship.
Jane’s sessions are designed to accommodate all types of learners in a friendly and supportive space - “Jane is really encouraging, very welcoming and lots fun!"

Art for the Terrified & Art for the not so Terrified classes covering a broad range of techniques and media; focussing on the elements (building blocks) and principles (how you put them together) of art.

Silk Art
Silk painting and collaging workshops tailored to seasonal/topic themes: Harvest, lavender bags, tie-dye bunting, hair accessories and Christmas cards.
Feel Good Friday
Fun group sessions focussing on arts and crafts projects from painting to print, felting to clay modelling.

Saturday Kids Art Club
A fun and educational art club for children aged 9-13yrs covering a broad range of topics, techniques and media! A great opportunity for kids to practical skills and creative confidence through positive guidance and hands-on experience.
